So What Do?You?Genuinely?Wish To Have?

Sounds like?a plain?enough question,?however?our experience?informs us?a large number of?people?looking for a?sales training company?have never?really?sat down, put pencil to paper and?outlined?what their?needed?outcomes?are for the training?engagement.

As for instance,?are you trying?to?inspire?your sales force??Make them learn?closing?tactics??Help them?manage?their time??Even though?all three of these?are?valuable?goals,?perhaps even?grouped together?they won?t?bring you?the actual?benefits?which are required.?In general,?moving?down this?direction?most probably will?end up in?your joining?just about all?sales managers and?people who run businesses?who?pay good money for?their?sales force?only to?after that?exclaim:

The Result?You Are Looking For?-?Measurable?Improvements?in Selling?Behaviors?and Selling?Outcomes

Our?experience and analysis?have indicated to?us?how your?sales force?is unlikely?to?always?use?even the?most effective?approaches?or?ideas?except when?they have been?part of?a complete?behavioral?enhancement?plan.

Uncover?Sales Training Companies that?Insist on?Long-Term?Support?and?Training

Effective?training?will have to be?more than?an?informational?occasion?or maybe a?series of?events.?It must?provide?skill application, progress measurement, feedback, optimization, and encouragement.

Developing?long-term?selling?enhancement?would need?behavioral?change?and?perfecting?new?methods. This?absolutely?doesn?t occur?in a single day, over a?weekend?or perhaps?in a couple of?weeks.

A successful?training company?is built?on the?basic foundation?of?step-by-step??success?and?improvement?in the long run.?Incremental?improvement?and?change?will only?occur?when?supported by?consistency,?reinforcement, and?coaching.?

What Do?You?Actually?Need To Have?

WrestleMania Reading Challenge World Finals 2012

MIAMI ? WWE Superstars spend the night before WrestleMania honoring the stories and legends of those that have come before them at the annual WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony. It?s the perfect way to celebrate WWE and it?s rich history. But it?s also a great way for the Superstars and Divas to clear their minds before focusing on the impending battle that is less than 24 hours away. The same mindset holds true for the 20 finalists of the Seventh Annual WrestleMania Reading Challenge World Finals.

For these bookworms, from grades 5 through 12, their main event takes place on Saturday morning at the Dade County Public Library. While a WWE Championship isn?t on the line for these bibliophiles, a chance to win ringsides seats at Sun Life Stadium is. But before they face off in academic competition and devour the written word, the stellar students will have a chance to unwind and meet WWE Superstar Mick Foley and WWE Diva Kelly Kelly for their own exclusive autograph signing. "The kids had no idea we were coming," Kelly Kelly says. "It was such an honor that they were excited to meet us. They were so psyched to sit and talk with and ask us questions. I was so happy that we were able to reward them in that type of way. It?s a special thank you for a good job and for all the hard work they?ve been doing during the school year."

"I always welcome being part of something positive in WWE," Mick Foley says. "I love the fact that WWE promotes reading with an event like this where I get a chance to talk to the kids about their favorites authors and the letters they wrote to their favorite Superstars. The misconception is that wrestling and academics don?t go hand in hand. But I think most Superstars who spend time on the road end up getting an education that?s second to none and we?re able to share that with members of the WWE Universe But it is nice to defy conventional logical and do something positive."

This special autograph signing was all about the kids and rewarding their dedication to reading. "I was going to my public library and I saw a poster with John Cena and the Rock on it. I love to read and I love WrestleMania so the Reading Challenge was a perfect match for me," Nicole Jones, a 7th grader from Alabama says. "I?ve learned determination because I?ve read my book five times and I want to be able to answer every questions so I can win front row seats!" It?s that kind of determination that will make the competition a fierce yet friendly one. "I?m psyched about meeting Kelly Kelly and Mick Foley! He?s got a lot of names and a sock puppet," Isaac Rodriguez, a 6th grader from California says. "But I?m nervous about tomorrow. I don?t even know if I?ll be able to hit the buzzer."

As to what advice this Superstar and Diva had for the kids who are competing tomorrow? Foley says, "I would give the kids the same advice I would give to any WWE Superstar who?s competing at WrestleMania for the first time: enjoy it and take advantage of every second of the experience."? As for Kelly Kelly, "I?d say stay positive and don?t get too overwhelmed and be yourself. Don?t be too nervous about it. Just go into it with an open mind."

The WrestleMania Reading Challenge encourages tweens and teens to read not only during Teen Read Week but each and every day beyond. Who knew that reading a book could lead to a trip to The Shows of Shows on The Grandest Stage of Them All? Now that?s a story with a happy ending.

Relating to Others and Communication skills | Mental and Emotional ...

Relating to others
Building and nurturing good relationships with our family and friends is an essential part of emotional and physical well-being. Research studies have found that people with supportive relationships are less likely to become mentally or physically ill or suffer from accidents than those without, and that they recover more quickly from illnesses, and live longer.
We learn to relate to others from infancy onward, modelling ourselves mainly on our parents. If their relationships are fulfilling, we have a good blueprint but relationship skills, like self-esteem, can be developed. Apart from learning to express our emotions and communicate better, see below, we can also improve how well we relate by being more tolerant; for example, by respecting one another's privacy and differences of opinion, and by developing a sense of humor.
Expressing emotions
Acknowledging and I expressing how we feel is healing, both for ourselves and our relationships. But sadly, many of us learn at an early age to suppress our tears or anger, or to rationalize away our strongest feelings. As adults we may then hold back, fearing that we will hurt or be rejected by others if we reveal our true feelings, or that we may be overwhelmed or lose control. In fact this generally makes matters worse, creating distance between us and our friends and partners or building up resentment. In he long run, the inability to f Press emotions is known to a major cause of minor problems, such as headaches, as well as of serious illness.

If you tend to suppress your feelings:

  • Learn to acknowledge yourself how you feel, identifying the cause of your sadness, angering, etc. Try to express your feelings directly in relation to that cause.
  • Try to say what's on your mind at the time, rather than bottling it up or coming out with it later.
  • Share your feelings of sadness or fear with others, rather than denying them or keeping them to yourself.
  • Find outlets for anger and aggression that do not harm others, eg, challenging physical exercise, or shouting from the top of a hill.
Communication skills
Communication can easily break down under stress as blame, criticism, defensiveness or impatience cloud what could be a clear interchange. To communicate more effectively:
  • Listen carefully, giving the other person your full attention
  • Tell the other person if you don't understand and ask him or her to re-phrase the point
  • Don't interrupt. Allow the other person to finish speaking
  • State your needs directly - don't drop hints or assume the other person knows what you want.

Great Example of Customer Service Driving Business | Powell ...

An East Coast supermarket chain shows that a business can generously train its workforce and profit handsomely

615 WegmanFamily2.jpgReutersROCHESTER, N.Y. - Cashiers are barred from interacting with customers until they have completed 40 hours of training. Hundreds of staffers are sent on trips around the U.S. and world to become experts in their products. The company has no mandatory retirement age and has never laid off workers. All profits are reinvested in the company or shared with employees.A doomed Internet startup? Occupy Wall Street fantasy? Bankrupt retailer recently purchased by Walmart? No, a $6.2 billion-a-year, 79-store-supermarket chain with cult-like loyalty among its customers.Wegmans, which operates its 79 stores in New York, Pennsylvania and four other East Coast states, shows that a business can generously train its workforce and profit handsomely.

Privately owned by the Wegman family, the chain employs 42,000 people - 20 times the number who work for Facebook - and defies quarterly-driven Wall Street wisdom. Executives say their most important resource is their workers.

"Our employees are our number one asset, period," said Kevin Stickles, the company's vice-president for human resources. "The first question you ask is: 'Is this the best thing for the employee?' That's a totally different model."

Yet the company is profitable. Its prices are low. And it is lauded for exemplary customer service.

"When you think about employees first, the bottom line is better," Stickles argued. "We want our employees to extend the brand to our customers."

The Wegmans model is simple. A happy, knowledgeable and superbly trained employee creates a better experience for customers. Extraordinary service builds tremendous loyalty. Where, though, is the profit?

High volume, according to company executives. The chain's stores are enormous - usually 80,000 to 120,000 square feet - larger than a typical Whole Foods and roughly double the size of a traditional supermarket. And they feature a dizzying array of 70,000 products, nearly twice the number available in a standard grocery store. Across the East Coast, Wegmans supermarkets have the highest average daily sales volumes in the industry.

Employees are omnipresent in stores and do seem knowledgeable. With little prompting, they launch into exhaustive but friendly accounts of where the meat, fish or produce they sell hails from, what each item tastes like and how best to prepare it.

A fish salesman raved about the exhausting standards of the company's distributor in Alaska. A butcher said he had visited the ranch where a steak came from in Montana. And Maria Benjamin, a 38-year Wegmans veteran, started running a store bakery after managers loved her homemade Italian cookies.

"They let me bake whatever I want," said Benjamin, one of 1,015 people employed at the company's 135,000-foot flagship store in Pittsford, New York. "They're really down-to-earth, wonderful people."

Executives say the company is also able to invest in its employees and focus on steady, strategic growth because it is not publicly traded. They said cutting jobs or shipping them overseas was, in part, the product of having to relentlessly please the stock market.

"Some of that is that public mentality," said Stickles, who has an MBA and once planned to be a stock broker. "The first thing they think about is the quarter. The first thing is that you cut labor."

The Wegman family, which grants few interviews, has owned and run the company since 1916. Robert Wegman, whose father and uncle opened the first store, dramatically expanded the business in the 1970s by being one of the first chains to vastly expand store size, include pharmacies and use bar codes.

Today, the chain is run by Robert's son, Danny, 65, and his two daughters, Colleen, 41, and Nicole, 38. Mary Ellen Burris, a 78-year-old senior vice-president and family confidant, said the owners refuse to open more than three stores a year because "we cannot continue to be the best if we try to go at a faster pace." She said the family has no interest in taking the company public.

"No, absolutely not," Burris said. "It takes away your ability to focus on your people and your customers."

Like other companies, Wegmans has made mistakes. Over the years, it has had to close nine stores that failed to generate adequate revenues. And?critics?have accused it of moving stores out of poor urban neighborhoods and focusing its operations on wealthy suburbs. And while the benefits are generous, its pay rates are good, not extraordinary.

Wegmans has also clearly benefited from being based in?Rochester, a small but historically prosperous area in upstate New York that was the birthplace of Western Union, Kodak, Xerox, Bausch & Lomb and other companies. Wegmans treats its employees well in part to keep them from gravitating to other firms.

Competition has also forced the company to change. The arrival of?Walmart-owned supermarkets caused a sharp reduction in prices in 2004.

"It was clear that people were gravitating to the discount stores," said Jo Natale, the company spokeswoman. "And so we completely changed the way we did our prices."

But she and other executives insisted that Wegmans' real advantage was the company's happy, high-quality workforce. It sends butchers to Colorado, Uruguay and Argentina to learn about beef. It sends deli managers to Wisconsin, Italy, Germany and France to learn about cheese. Last year, it awarded $4.5 million in college scholarships to employees.

The company has half the turnover of its peers. In February,?Fortune?magazine declared it the fourth-best company to work for in America?in 2012. In 2005, it was number one.

"What some companies believe is that you can't grow and treat your people well," Burris told me. "We've proven that you can grow and treat your people well."

Wegmans is a model. It shows that companies can train, innovate and profit at the same time.

Jennifer Lawrence Has Things Backwards In 'House At The End Of The Street' Trailer

Before Jennifer Lawrence headed off to Panem to become Katniss Everdeen and rule the box office, she made a relatively small thriller called "House at the End of the Street." From the looks of the trailer, she probably wished she'd taken up the bow and arrow earlier. In the exclusive trailer, we're introduced to the [...]

Create Your Career Success: Have the Courage to Care About What ...

I was in New York last week.? I had an experience that made me think of the career success advice in Tweet 100 in my career advice book Success Tweets:? ?Care about what you do.? If you care a little, you?ll be an OK performer.? If you care a lot, you?ll be an outstanding performer.?

In the space of two days, I encountered two people ? one who cared a little, and one who cared a lot.? I didn?t meet either of them in person, but I could easily tell which one cared a little and which one cared a lot.? They were both housekeepers at the hotel where I as staying.

After the first night I was there the housekeeper clearly didn?t care a lot about her service.? While the room was clean, she didn?t replace the shampoo and towels that I used.? I had to call Housekeeping and ask them to send some more up when I arrived back at the hotel after my business day.? I was a little surprised as I usually get good service at this hotel ? and because I always leave a tip for the housekeeper.? I?ve worked for tips a lot in my life and know that they are an important supplement to a housekeeper?s salary.

The second day was a complete 180.? I arrived back at the hotel and the room was immaculate.? The housekeeper replaced all the towels and amenities.? The papers on my desk were squared up.? The two newspapers that I had left in front of the TV were placed nicely on an end table next to the easy chair.? And, the baseball cap I had with me in case of rain, was sitting on the back of the easy chair as if being displayed.? As soon as I opened the door I knew that someone had taken the time to make sure my room looked really good.? I also realized that the person who serviced my room that day really cared about her job.

Outstanding performance ? while not enough to guarantee your life and career success ? is necessary if you want to create the career success you deserve.?? That?s why it is at the heart of the career success model in my new book Climbing the Corporate Ladder.

I care about helping people create the life and career success they want and deserve.? I care a lot.? That?s why I wrote Success Tweets and I give it away for free.? That?s why I am wrote a series of blog posts explaining each of the 141 tweets in more detail and turned it into a book called Success Tweets Explained.? You can get both books for free by going to http://budurl.com/STExp.? I do this because I care.? I care a lot about helping you achieve the kind of career success you deserve.? And I know that this caring will pay off in me becoming an outstanding career success coach ? somebody who gives really great career advice.

When you care you do your very best.? This year marks the 50th anniversary of the film release of one of my favorite books: To Kill a Mockingbird.? There is a passage in that book that has always stuck with me.? It?s in Chapter 11 and is spoken by Atticus Finch, the father, played by Gregory Peck in the film.? He?s speaking to Scout, his daughter?

?I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand.? It?s when you know you?re licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what.? You rarely win, but sometimes you do.?

It takes courage to care. Because when you care, you put yourself out there.? You do your best.? And doing your best can be a scary thing.? When you care, when you consciously do your best and fail, it is heartbreaking.? But at least you have the satisfaction of knowing you did your best.

One of my career success coaching clients had an experience like this recently.? He was up for a promotion to Senior VP.? He put his heart and soul into preparing for the series of interviews he had.? At the end of the interviews he told me that he knew in his heart of hearts that he did the best he possible could have in each interview.? He didn?t get the job.? He allowed himself to feel down about it for a day.? Then he approached each of the people who interviewed him and asked for candid feedback on what he could have done differently to secure the job.? He cared, he did his very best?? and didn?t win.? But he decided that he would learn something from his failure.? That?s taking personal responsibility for your life and career success.

I remember when I applied to graduate school at Harvard.? I decided that I was going to demonstrate to myself how much I cared by writing the very best application I could.? I wasn?t going to let myself off the hook if I didn?t get accepted by saying, ?I could have written a better application, but I just didn?t spend the time I should have.?

When I put my application in the mailbox ? we still did quaint things like that back in the old days ? I was proud of what I had written.? I knew it was the very best I could do.? I was also frightened because I knew that my best might not be good enough.? After all, both of my other degrees were from state schools.? Who was I to think that those kind of credentials would get me accepted at Harvard?

I cared about the quality of my application, so I did the very best I could.? The story in this case has a happy ending.? I was accepted and got my degree.? Even if I had not been accepted, I would have been proud of myself because I cared enough to write the best application I could, and I dared enough to admit it to myself.

The common sense career success coach point here is simple.? Successful people are proud of what they do.? They care.? They do their very best.? It doesn?t matter if they are housekeepers at a hotel, or VPs in a Fortune 100 company.? They follow the career advice in?Tweet 100 in Success Tweets.? ?Care about what you do.? If you care a little, you?ll be an OK performer.? If you care a lot, you?ll become an outstanding performer.?? Does your work show that you care?? Or does it reflect an ?it?s good enough? attitude?? Take it from a career success coach, if you want to create the life and career success of which you are capable, make sure that how much you care shows through in every single piece of work you do.

That?s the career advice I took from seeing two vastly different approaches to doing a mundane job like being a hotel housekeeper.? What do you think?? Please take a minute to share your thoughts with us in a comment.? As always, thanks for reading my daily musings on life and career success.? I value you and I appreciate you.

Bud

Runaway planets ejected from galaxy at insane speeds

New evidence suggests that planets are being tossed out of the Milky Way at speeds comparable to the speed of light.

Planets in tight orbits around stars that get ejected from our galaxy may actually themselves be tossed out of the Milky Way at blisteringly fast speeds of up to 30 million miles per hour, or a fraction of the speed of light, a new study finds.

"These warp-speed planets would be some of the fastest objects in the galaxy, aside from photons and?particles like cosmic rays," said Avi Loeb, an astrophysicist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Mass. "In terms of large, solid objects, they would be the fastest. It would take them 10 seconds or so to cross the diameter of the Earth."

In 2005, astronomers found evidence of a runaway star that was flying out of the?Milky Way galaxy?at a speed of 1.5 million mph (2.4 million kph). This hypervelocity star was part of a double-star system that wandered too close to the supermassive black hole at the center of the galaxy.

The strong gravitational pull at the galactic center ripped the stars apart, sending one hurtling through space at high speeds, while capturing the other to stay in orbit around the massive black hole.

In the seven years since, 16 of these?hypervelocity stars?have been found, and Loeb and his colleagues began to wonder whether planets could also be sent tearing through space at such extreme velocities.

The researchers created simulations that examined what would happen if each star had at least one planet orbiting nearby. They found that up to 10 percent of planets tightly orbiting one of the stars could stay bound as the?star is flung outward. The other star that is captured by the black hole could also have its planet ripped away from it, and this planet would then be pitched into interstellar space at intensely fast speeds as well.

"We were trying to predict, if you have planets around each of the stars in the binary system, what fraction of the planets might go along with the hypervelocity star for the ride," Loeb told SPACE.com. "What we found is that some of them get expelled at high speeds, up to a few percent of the speed of light. Some of the planets get ripped apart from the host stars and get sent out at high speeds, and they also become hypervelocity planets this way."?

These planets would travel through space at unparalleled velocities, the researchers said.

(AP) ? They took the Lorax, made of bronze, the thieves they came, and now he's gone.

A 2-foot statue of Dr. Seuss' Lorax character was stolen from the San Diego backyard garden of the 90-year-old widow of the beloved author whose real name was Theodore Geisel.

Audrey Geisel noticed the statue and its tree-stump base were missing from the garden and were likely stolen over the weekend.

Property manager Carl Romero told U-T San Diego (http://bit.ly/H9hxPz ) on Tuesday that he found footprints indicating the thieves had dragged the 300-pound statue to an access road and lifted it over a fence.

He had seen the statue Saturday afternoon, and Geisel noticed it was missing Monday morning.

Audrey Geisel's daughter Lark Grey Dimond-Cate cast two of the sculptures. One was the lone Seuss character to reside on the family's property overlooking the Pacific Ocean in La Jolla. The other sits at the Dr. Seuss National Memorial in the author's hometown, Springfield, Mass. Theodore Geisel died in 1991 at age 87.

"I want very badly to get our little Lorax back home where he belongs," Dimond-Cate said. "Wherever he is, he's scared, lonely and hungry. He's not just a hunk of metal to us. He was a family pet."

The Lorax has enjoyed special notoriety because of the recently released film version of Dr. Seuss's 1971 environmental fable, in which the mustachioed main character speaks out for the Truffula trees against corporate greed, personified by the evil Once-ler.

Dimond-Cate said she actually hopes the Lorax was stolen because of his newfound fame. Otherwise it could mean he was stolen for the bronze.

"I hope he hasn't been taken across the border into Tijuana for scrap," she said. "Worst-case scenario, I'll get the foundry to create another one, but he won't be the same."

Romero said the statue was stolen just before security cameras were installed, and few knew it was there.

The family has called San Diego police.

Romero said Audrey Geisel doesn't want to punish anyone and just wants the Lorax back.

"You can't sell it on eBay," he said.

Relevance of Personal Injury Laws and Lemon Law Attorneys in ...

In the United States, millions of law suits are filed. Amongst them, the majority falls in the category of injury cases that usually lead to huge cash settlements. Moreover, strict laws and regulations have been formulated in the recent years to keep a hold on the liberty of the ordinary citizens from harming one another. In fact, the primary purpose of personal injury laws is to safeguard and at the same time promote remedial measures for consumers and commoners from falling prey to the negligence of corporations, individuals and governments.

The suits that are usually filed under the personal injury laws are related to slanders, libels and even malicious prosecutions. Moreover, there are several causes giving rise to personal injury cases. Road or traffic accidents are common among them. Besides, accidents and mishaps also take place at several work places where employees get injured and even killed. Such cases are usually settled on the basis of huge lump sums. In fact, the cases that involve industrial diseases and defective products are usually settled through big cash amounts. Workers affected by mesothelioma and asbestosis usually file personal injury law cases.

As a matter of fact, several personal injury law controversies have popped up owing to these large cash settlements. Since these cash settlements are awarded occasionally in personal injury suits, people consider it a controversial aspect in the list of legal proceedings. Rather, some prefer to follow the tort laws to restrict such payments.

There are some who opine that personal injury laws permitting compensatory awards as well as settlements related to punitive damage can bring alarming effects on businesses. This can rather get the legal system clogged if individuals start filing such frivolous suits for financial gain. Apart from cash settlements, change in party behaviors which are however effectively liable under such laws are also counted in the list of common effects under personal injury laws.

On the other hand, if you are planning to get your dream car out of its ?lemon? state, it?s advisable to take help of a lemon law attorney. Since the lemon laws are quite complex, you might find them difficult to understand. Therefore, taking help of a lemon law attorney will help you catch hold of that person who sold you a lemon car. With the help of such specialized attorneys, you can always confront your car dealer who otherwise will not be willing to deal with you. So, explore online and get in touch with a professional attorney having considerable knowledge regarding the prevalent lemon laws.

No lovefest on 'DWTS' as judges go after Melissa

By Natalie Finn, E! Online

How could "Dancing With the Stars" get any better?

ABC

Melissa Gilbert has a good cry while rehearsing with pro Maks on "Dancing."

The judges deemed last week's season premiere the series' "best ever" after two contestants ? Welsh opera singer Katherine Jenkins and a positively dashing Jaleel White ? scored 9s, only six points separated first place from last and the rock-bottom score was a respectable 20.

Remember Kate Gosselin getting 14?

Anyway, did the stars ? one of whom will go home tomorrow ? start buckling under the pressure tonight?

Well, it certainly wasn't the lovefest that last week was.

More from E! 5 things 'DWTS' could learn from 'Walking Dead'

Katherine threw her opera-singing, lunching-with-the-queen image of demureness out the window with a jive sexy enough to be declared not Len Goodman's "cup of tea." So, obviously, Bruno Tonioli loved it and he and Carrie Ann Inaba bestowed a pair of 9s on the leggy blonde.

But they weren't the first 9s of the night ? Disney prince Roshon Fegan kicked things off with a quickstep that showed he can do elegant just as well as he brings in the funk.

Joining the upper tier of contestants once again was Bruno's favorite amateur dancer, ever, William Levy ? who was just as adorable doing the quickstep as he was sexy doing the cha-cha.

Jaleel, unfortunately, didn't bring as much bounce to his jive as we expected from the out-of-the-gate fave, and his score suffered. "The Family Matters" star, who pointed out that knocking into doors without getting hurt isn't as easy as it looks, took the biggest dive, score-wise, going from a 26 to a 22.

More from E! Was the 'DWTS' premiere the best first show ever?

Maria Menounos headed in the opposite direction, impressing with her quickstep enough for a four-point jump, from 21 to 25.

Sherri Shepherd worried she wouldn't be able to handle the jive ? but she had more bounce than Jaleel! She turned in just as giddy a performance as she did last week, and she once again scored a 23.

But the real surprise came when Len apologized to Donald Driver for "undermarking" him last week. Personally, we kinda think they all undermarked him this week, too, but at least he got a nice bump after a sharp quickstep.

Gavin DeGraw also did way better, energy-wise, than last week indicated he was capable of, but it was a little too sloppy for the judges' taste.

More from E! Who is Sherri apologizing to at 'DWTS'?

Meanwhile, we're starting to wonder if Melissa Gilbert is being overjudged because she's partnered with the headstrong, itching-to-win Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Last week's cha-cha was very ambitious, and the "Little House on the Prairie" star seemingly rose to the occasion, but she only got a 20.

And she only got 20 this week after a seemingly more-than-competent quickstep! Does she actually stink and we're not seeing it, or are the judges paying extra-special attention to every move they make?

Lucky for Melissa, Martina Navratilova's jive was a bit of a mess. She's fit, she's strong, she looked good ? but she had no attack.

"Aw, that was sad!" Carrie Ann squealed. "Oh, my darling, I think that serve went into the net," lamented Bruno.

More from E! Which 'DWTS' hunk posed naked?

Here's how Monday's leaderboard stacked up, combined with last week's scores:

  • Katherine Jenkins & Mark Ballas: 26 (52)
  • Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower: 26 (49)
  • William Levy & Cheryl Burke: 25 (49)
  • Jaleel White & Kym Johnson: 22 (48)
  • Maria Menounos & Derek Hough: 25 (46)
  • Sherri Shepherd & Val Chmerkovskiy: 23 (46)
  • Donald Driver & Peta Murgatroyd: 24 (45)
  • Jack Wagner & Anna Trebunskaya: 21 (44)
  • Gladys Knight & Tristan MacManus: 19 (42)
  • Gavin DeGraw & Karina Smirnoff: 21 (41)
  • Melissa Gilbert & Maks Chmerkovskiy: 20 (40)
  • Martina Navratilova & Tony Dovolani: 17 (37)

After two nights of nothing-but-dance, someone will finally be eliminated Tuesday night.

Do you think Melissa was scored fairly this week? Who do you predict is going to be the first celeb eliminated? Share your thoughts on our Facebook page!?And don't forget to join us for a chat at 3:30 ET Tuesday, March 27, to dish on who you voted for, who'll make it to the end and more!
