I think home theater system works great for my room. I have home theater system attached in my bedroom and I think home theater system works lovely for that purpose. Its not powerful but its better then tv speaker. The process has a flaw. I called Coby because i could not get the volume to change through the tv. They knew about the issue. You will need to receive a cable that has a three.5 mm headphone input on finish and the red and white audio cables on the other finish. That means your tv will need to have a headphone jack on it. home theater system way you can control the volume of the process along with your tv volume. I think its a lovely package for the cost. Its nothing fancy though.

I AM DOWN GRADING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW OF THIS PRODUCT SINCE I FIRST WROTE IT ? THIS DVD PLAYER STOPPED WORKING AFTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS OF OPERATION. IT WILL NOT PLAY DISCS, THE IMAGE FREEZES AND WILL NOT EJECT THE DISCS. I DECIDED TO DUMP IT IN THE GARBAGE SINCE IT?S NOT EVEN WORTH PAYING TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. SHAME ON THIS MANUFACTURER FOR PRODUCING SUCH JUNK! TRULY DISAPPOINTED. THE ONLY THING WORTH KEEPING ARE THE SPEAKERS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE.Coby DVD765 five.1-Channel DVD Home Theater Process (Black) I have used this home theater system for a short time only and home theater system does an appropriate performance for the cost. Do not expect a strong playback as far as sound since it is suited for a tiny room like a bedroom.
