Role: ?Business Support & Planning Manager
In this role you will be?responsible for leading a team of analysts and administrators in supporting the business in the following areas:
1. HR Liaison
2. Strategy - Business Planning
3. Finance / Budgets
4. Capacity Management
5.?MIS production and Executive Reporting to drive strategic direction
6. Administrative Support
Responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement a comprehensive business Communications Strategy
2. Co-ordination of monthly staff Communications Forum and Staff Talent development process
3. Lead the annual Strategic Planning process, and co-ordinate action planning
4. Participate and influence management discussions, strategy and approach
5. Monitoring and reconciliation of headcount movements to manage capacity
6. Manage the operational budgets ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place
7. Management of the quarterly Capacity MIS production / profitability analysis
Experience:
1.? Understanding of Funds Services Operations functions and programmes
2.? Experience working within a Human Resources function desirable
3.? Proven track record in process improvement, service or technology enhancements
4.? Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results
5.? Business Manager mindset, with proven track record of results
6.? Strategic and project management capabilities with strong analytic and financial acumen
7. Possesses sound influencing skills to smooth analysis, implementation, etc
8. Demonstrates commitment to process improvement, client service, control and cost reduction
